Great Family Stay
Loved the location at Turtle Beach, loved the complex set up and loved the unit itself. The ground floor unit was perfect. It made lugging beach equipment to and from the water a snap. Plus having our car parked close to the unit made going places with the family so easy. The unit was wonderfully appointed with beach gear, beach towels, all the things you need in a kitchen, plus binders with great suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. All the furniture was comfortable and well laid out. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Beach Experience! If you love to be steps from the water, this is the condo for you!
The condo was: *Large *Very Clean *Set up like a home, not a condo *Everything you need * Extras.. beach toys, Chairs, umbrellas, And more! * Comfy bed * steps from water * Lots of shells * Easy sand to walk on. This is not the white powdery sand. It's a darker sand, but still beautiful. If I had to give advise on anything, I wish the pool was a little larger and that it had a shallow end for the little ones., WILL definitely Be Back!!!! Thank you !!!

Perfect Condo, everything you need & more is already there!
We loved our trip to this amazing condo, everything was perfect! Fully stocked with extras that we haven't had at other condos, saving time and money. The condo is very organized and sets right on the beach. We unfortuately had a ton of rain while we where there, but with the location of the condo we were able to jet out to the beach in between rain showers to soak up the sun while we could. We were also blessed to see a momma sea turtle swim onto the beach and lay her eggs......Right in front of the condo on the beach. We went to stick our feet in the water before heading to bed and she just swam up dug her hole and laid her eggs. Seeing my son wants to become a vet, this was over the top exciting and a once in a lifetime moment. We look forward to spending more time in condo B103! It is above and beyond any other condo we have stayed at! Thank you again for everything! :)

Best Florida experience ever!! We were married on the Beach with Sunset wedding photos. It was absolutely gorgeous and directly out the back door of this awesome condo. You literally have everything you need waiting for you. Private beachfront parking (those poor souls searching for public beach parking for hours...yikes!!), tons and tons of activities and great dining choices, we even saw dolphins on 2 occasions and new turtle nests on our morning beach walks. This was paradise and I will surely visit again!!

Perfect in every way
Just returned to the UK after spending 9 idyllic nights at B103 in Fisherman’s Cove. From the outset our correspondence with Debbie, the owner was superb - could not have been more helpful. On arrival we collected the keys from the office and then went into the accommodation and were blown away. It was beyond our expectations and the quality of the furnishings and the amount of 'kit' was unbelievable. There was nothing it didn't have and it was all spotless and high quality. You can tell it has been furnished and equipped with so much care and that alone ensures people are appreciative and therefore look after it as if it were their own.
The cleaning teams must be superb also because the cleanliness could not be faulted - it was immaculate. The beach is beautiful and literally on your door step but the nice thing is that it is towards the end of the beach so much of the time you could almost not see other people on the beach - if you want company then just wander back towards the park area and there are people about. Ophelia’s restaurant which is a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk was very good and Turtles Restaurant is nearer and suitable for a quick meal in nice surroundings. But with the option to BBQ on the fixed BBQ points on the other side of the apartment it is just as nice to cater for yourself and enjoy the views over the beach while you eat. We stay in villas in a lot of resorts in Europe and can truly say this accommodation was one of the cleanest and certainly the best equipped and comfortable we have ever had. We would love to return.
BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS!!
We were delighted with Condo 103B at Fisherman's Cove. It is a wonderful place to vacation, and next Florida trip is already being talked over. And yes, we will stay at Fisherman's Cove again - hopefully at Debbie and Jim's. The condo itself is very tastefully decorated. It is super clean and very well organized too. Everything that you needed for a great vacation was included. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and even beach towels. Being on the first floor, It was nice to just step outside and relax.
Being from northern Michigan we spend as much time outside as possible, so this was great. Basically, the interior of the condo was used for showering, sleeping, a little "light" cooking and that fabulous margarita machine!! How could you go wrong?? that's the thing - you really couldn't. Another great feature of this part of Siesta Key @ Turtle Beach is the privacy on the beach. We came to unwind and relax, and that we did. There are so many nice features to this condo and complex I really can't list them all. Sincewe have owned a timeshare since 1986 we have visited many times to Florida, and I can honestly say - this has been our favorite place. So I wish to convey thanks to Debbie and Jim for their gracious hospitality.

Exceptional!
This condo is very roomy, clean and tastefully decorated. The views are lovely. You can hear the waves when you open the windows which we did almost every night. Bed is comfy. These owners go way beyond to stock the kitchen and provide more than enough linens, pillows, towels and beach towels. The margarita blender was well used. The provided beach chairs and lounge chairs were another bonus. We took advantage of the fishing equipment which was the highlight for my husband :) There is tons of opportunity for shelling which, along with beach walking every day, was the highlight for me :) The heated pool is very nice. Make sure you spend some time at Crescent beach and Siesta beach too. There are two restaurants within walking distance. Everything else you need to drive to but that is a very small price to pay for being right on the beach. Staff on property very friendly and helpful. The drum circle at Siesta Beach on Sundays is a must see and do. We cannot say enough about this condo and property. We only wish we could take this condo with us to other vacation locations!!!

Best Vacation Place!!
Our annual vacation to stay at Turtle Beach for a week, is something that keeps me going throughout the year. We have vacationed in many different places but the combination of the beautiful beach, so many things to do in the vicinity, and staying in such a great condo, combine to make the perfect vacation. The unit is fabulous - it has everything that you need, and more!! And, it is clean, organized and the location is perfect. Not only do I highly recommend renting this unit, I will continue vacationing here for as long as I can!

Great place to stay
Stayed here over the Christmas break everything was wonderful the weather, shelling and the condo. This condo had everything you need for a relaxing vacation. My sister from Indiana and daughter from Pennsylvania joined us for a very enjoyable stay. Booked this condo again for a two week stay in October, can't wait to see the new beach, that was the only draw back but now I see the beach has been redone.

Great Place to Stay
I have stayed at Fishermen's Cove before but his condo was the most comfortable and appointed. The owners have done everything to make it feel like home. The added touches such as the beach towels chairs, umbrellas, fishing poles and all the appliances you could want in the kitchen made our stay very enjoyable. The unit was also spotless. The owners have done everything to make your stay here a wonderful experience.

Just what our family needed!
This was our first family vacation and with a 2 year old and a 9 month old...we were a bit apprehensive buy thoroughly elated when we arrived at Fisherman's Cove! Debbie and Jim's home is perfect - and perfect for families as well. Everything we needed was right here including a high chair, pack and play and beach toys! Every morning we went for walks on the beach and each night we watched the sunset and listened to the waves right outside the window. There was a park, a restaurant and of course the beach all within walking distance. Additionally, there were plenty of other activities and additional beaches and restaurants within a short drive. Our time was so perfect in Florida we even had to stay an extra night (with family) before heading back north. Thank you for our magical week. We cannot wait to come back next year!

Comfortable & Extremely Well-Furnished
We stayed at this unit in late July for a week. We were scheduled to stay for 2 weeks, but the air conditioning broke and we moved to a different unit for the second week. The air conditioning issue was handled very professionally and everything was made right by both the owners and the on-site management. The condo itself really stands out by how nicely it is furnished. The kitchen had every conceivable appliance including our two favorite things - a Keurig coffee maker and margarita machine! The unit had an excellent selection of dishes, wine glass, etc, along with other small appliances such as a crock pot, etc.
The kitchen itself was a bit dated, but everything worked and was very clean. The owners provide all sorts of items for the beach, including several chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, toys and beach games, etc. We didn't bring any beach supplies with us and everything we needed was available in the condo. In terms of beach logistics, it is very nice to have a ground floor unit with direct access to the beach. It was great to be able to walk right out of the lanai to the beach, and be able to use the hose outside the lanai to rinse off sand when we returned. Both the master and guest baths are updated, and the master bath has a wonderful walk-in tile shower that is stunning. Bedroom furniture is fresh and the beds were comfortable. It was also very convenient to have a washer/dryer in the condo.
Prospective renters at Fisherman's Cove need to understand there is a trade-off between being on the ground floor vs. floor 2 or 3. While it is fantastic to have the direct beach access on the ground floor, you do sacrifice the incredible water views available on the upper floors. We also heard a lot of noise from people walking and moving about in the unit above us. This wasn't a huge deal, but something to be aware of. Overall, this is a great choice at Fisherman's Cove, and the owners certainly make guests feel welcome with all the amenities!
